Oxford Plastics launches innovative products in the US

UK company Oxford Plastics will be attending the 2012 APWA Congress to introduce their innovative molded plastics range to the US market. The company, based in Oxford, are the UK’s leading manufacturer of road and construction industry safety products.

Oxford Plastics will be showcasing a product that has been redesigned ready for launch in the US. The Kerb Ramp is made from high-density polyethylene and provides easy access from curb to the road for wheelchair and pushchair users. Safe and easy to use, the ramp has an effective non-slip surface and raised sides,

Another product on display at Congress is EnduraGrid, an interlocking paving system that can be laid over grass or soil without causing environmental damage. EnduraGrid is made from 100% recycled plastic and supplied in 19.7 in square sections which interlock and can be cut to fit any shape of a pathway. It is quick to install and can be used for both temporary and permanent driveways, paths and parking areas.

Oxford Plastics will also be bringing along StrongWall, a safety barrier product used by the construction industry. Designed to stack away for easy storage and transportation, StrongWall is a molded plastic locking wall system with a high visibility base suitable for crowd protection and pedestrian safety.

Oxford Plastics is committed to being environmentally friendly; 75% of the company’s products are made from recycled plastics, and the entire product range is recyclable.

The company will be launching its US website next month.
