Oxford Plastic Systems provides custom-designed mouldings in a variety of materials including rubber, plastic, PVC and glass fibre. The density of the material can be varied to produce precisely the weight and volume characteristics needed.
The company has compression, rotation and injection equipment allowing it to produce a wide range of complex designs. The company has bespoke design support allowing it to make products that use parts made by different methods and has a number of different examples of work for different customers.
Plastics, such as low linear polyethylene, can be pigmented and UV stabilised to give a stable colour that will resist fading in sunlight. Virtually any colour can be achieved through pigmentation.
